Refund policy

Our 90-day guarantee

Try ScalpRx Anti-Dandruff Shampoo for 90 days. Use it into the scalp, two to three washes a week, and leave it in for three to five minutes each time. If your scalp isn't visibly clearer, or you're not happy for any reason, email hello@scalprx.shop within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the bottle back.

To make it quick, include your order number and the email address you ordered with. One refund per customer under this guarantee.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Subscription Management link in the site footer, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. Bottles already delivered are covered by the 90-day guarantee above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification, in addition to the guarantee above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, email hello@scalprx.shop.
